Where am I?
The first step is not fixing anything. It is pausing long enough to see what is actually happening: what feels aligned, what feels draining, and what you may have been quietly tolerating.
Adios Comfort Zone is built around one simple idea: life gets more interesting when we stop choosing the familiar option every time. The ACZ method helps women get clear on where they are, define what they actually want, and build a practical next move.
See how it worksIt started with a promise LuLu made to herself in 2015: every month, do one thing that felt unfamiliar, uncomfortable, or outside her usual routine.
That small promise changed the shape of her life. What began as a personal challenge eventually became ACZ.
Today, ACZ brings women together through retreats, workshops, events, and experiences designed to inspire new perspectives, new connections, and new stories.
There was no brand strategy yet. Just a public promise to stop waiting and start saying yes to new adventures.
A 3-part framework that gives ACZ its backbone without turning the experience into classroom energy.
The first step is not fixing anything. It is pausing long enough to see what is actually happening: what feels aligned, what feels draining, and what you may have been quietly tolerating.
Once you can see where you are, the next question becomes more honest: what do you actually want next, before fear, expectations, and old stories start speaking for you?
This is where ACZ becomes practical. We turn clarity into priorities, simple commitments, support systems, and a clear understanding and questions for reflection that you can actually use when you get home.
ACZ sessions are intentionally kept around 90 to 120 minutes, with worksheets, pair shares, and guided discussion. The rest lands in the real moments: after the event, on your way home in a tram, over dinner, in a voice note to a friend, or during the alone time we call integration time.
Under the ACZ method is a simple practice you can use anywhere: notice the pattern, leave the usual setting, do one new thing, talk it through, and take something home.
The thing you keep postponing, avoiding, overthinking, or quietly wanting.
A new place helps you hear yourself without the noise of your normal life.
Not a massive reinvention. Just one brave, slightly uncomfortable yes.
With women who are also figuring things out, not pretending they have it all sorted.
A decision, a direction, a little more courage, or at least a story worth telling.
The format changes. The thread stays the same: step outside the usual routine, meet people you might not normally meet, and give something new a chance.
Small-group experiences in places that make it easier to reset, explore, and see your life from another angle.
Guided spaces to ask better questions, untangle an idea, and turn reflection into a practical next step.
Dinners, brunches, talks, and gatherings designed to make meaningful connection feel natural rather than forced.
One-off invitations to try something unfamiliar, from surfing to speaking up to simply showing up alone.
Not as a perfect before-and-after. More as honest reflection, real conversation, and the moment an insight starts becoming something you can actually carry into real life.
This is the pause. Looking at what is actually true right now before rushing to fix, impress, or avoid it.
The part where things start opening up. Not forced vulnerability, just real conversation with women who are willing to meet you there.
When reflection becomes movement. The part where something shifts from an idea in your head into a feeling, a decision, or a next step you can actually live.
