1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due as follows:
- VIP / Private Release — within 60 days of booking
- Early Access — within 45 days of booking
- Standard — within 30 days of booking
Bookings made within 60 days of the retreat start date require full payment at the time of booking.
Spaces are limited to 6 participants. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.
2. Cancellation Policy
The 30% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you cancel after payment, the following applies:
- 91+ days prior — 70% refundable
- 61–90 days prior — 50% refundable
- 46–60 days prior — 25% refundable
- 45 days or less — non-refundable
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of written cancellation confirmation and may be subject to processing fees.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
3. Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to another person, subject to approval.
- Requests must be made in writing
- The replacement guest must meet the same eligibility criteria
- Transfers are not guaranteed
Transfers requested within 30 days of the retreat start date may not be possible.
4. What’s Included & Excluded
Your booking includes all items listed on the retreat page under “What’s Included.”
It does not include:
- flights
- travel insurance
- personal expenses
- optional add-ons (in-villa massage, airport drop-off)
Optional add-ons must be booked separately.
5. Programme Changes
The retreat is intentionally designed, but flexibility is part of the experience.
We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the programme, schedule, or activities where required — including due to weather, venue availability, or circumstances outside our control.
Where possible, suitable alternatives will be provided. Minor changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. Health, Safety & Responsibility
By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate. If you have any health conditions or concerns, we recommend seeking professional advice prior to attending.
Participation in all activities is voluntary. By joining, you accept full responsibility for your health, wellbeing, and personal safety throughout the retreat.
Adios Comfort Zone is not liable for:
- any injury, illness, or accident sustained during the retreat
- loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- disruptions caused by travel delays or external events
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
7. Force Majeure
If the retreat cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, travel restrictions, or public health events — we will offer a credit or alternative date where possible.
Refunds in such cases are at the discretion of Adios Comfort Zone.
